Disabled Swimming Lessons

Children need an assessment before joining these lessons. After the assessment, they will be placed in the group that best matches their ability. There are five different groups, so most children’s needs can be met.

How to join:

  • Contact any leisure centre that offers swimming lessons
  • Fill out a “Swimming Lesson Adaption Form”
  • A member of the Aquatics team will then arrange an assessment for your child.
