Because We Matter peer support group

As part of the Healthy Lifestyles Project, People in Action Yorkshire will be running a peer support group on Tuesday afternoons from 1:00 until 3:00, for the learning disabled and/ or people with Autism aged 18 years plus. It will be absolutely free to attend, thanks to Lottery Community funding.

The group will discuss topics such as health, wellbeing, physical activity, mental health, access to health services and the like.
