This service supports parent carers.
They do not work directly with children.

They can help by offering:

  • Advice Line – someone to talk to, plus information and guidance
  • 1:1 support – in person or on the phone
  • Support groups – meet other people who have similar experiences
  • Information – to help with caring
  • Help to apply for a Max Card

They also support parent carers with:

  • Health and wellbeing
  • Relationships
  • Managing money and practical tasks
  • Finding time for yourself

Their approach is flexible because every carer is different.
