What is the Leeds Local Offer?

The Leeds Local Offer is a website that gives information in one place. It is for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). It is also for their parents and carers.

The Local Offer shows what help and services are available in Leeds. This includes education, health, and social care. 

Why do we have a Local Offer?

The Local Offer has two main jobs:

  • To give clear and up-to-date information about services and how to get them.
  • To make services better by listening to children and young people with SEND, their families, and service providers.

How does it help families?

The Local Offer helps families find the right support. It gives information so you can make good choices about the services you use.

Leeds Local Offer Live Event

The Leeds Local Offer Live is a big event held every year in March. 

It is like a marketplace where families can meet lots of SEND services in Leeds.

You can talk to people and find out what support is available.
